整机特性

1、高质量、高效率的焊接能力，功率因数达98%，三相输入负载平衡，对用户电网的冲击大大减少，输出电流为直流，电流平滑，感抗为零，1000HZ的工作频率，时间控制精度为1MS；

2、高强度的机体结构，刚性好，垂直式加压机构，导向采用直线导轨，随动性高；

3、采用高速微处理器，运用智能最优算化法，液晶屏界面，可存储60套焊接规范，具有中英文切换显示，提供外部BCD码调用接口，系统故障自动诊断报警等功能；

4、特别适合焊接导电性较高的铝、铜材料，比较厚的工件。广泛适用于航空、航天、汽车、压缩机及其他领域的高端产品的焊接要求。
